The Jaecoo J5 is a five-seat B-segment SUV with a 1.5-litre turbocharged engine (108 kW / 147 PS, 210 Nm) and a stepless CVT driving the front wheels. It reaches 100 km/h in 10.2 seconds, tops out at 175 km/h and returns 6.4 L/100 km.
It is the widest and tallest SUV in its class in Malaysia, with a 480-litre boot, a 1.45 m² panoramic moonroof, a 13.2-inch 2K touchscreen, ventilated power front seats and a Level 2+ driver-assistance suite as standard. One 2WD variant is offered in Glacier Blue, Zircon Gray, Canyon Black and Snowy White.
