These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Apple Autotech Sdn. Bhd., an authorized Omoda | Jaecoo dealer in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. By using the website you agree to them. This is a dealer website and not the official website of Omoda, Jaecoo or their manufacturer.

Information on this website

• Prices are on-the-road (OTR) prices for Peninsular Malaysia, without insurance, as published by the distributor at the time of the last update. They may change without notice and can differ for East Malaysia, Labuan and Langkawi. The price stated in your booking form on the day of booking is the one that applies.
• Specifications, equipment, colours and images are for illustration and may differ by variant, batch or production year. Confirm the exact specification with us before you order.
• Monthly instalments shown on the site and in the finance calculator are estimates based on stated assumptions (down payment, tenure and a flat-rate equivalent interest rate). They are not a loan offer. Actual terms are set by the bank or finance company that approves your loan.
• Promotions are subject to their own conditions and to stock availability, and may end at any time.
• Guides and news articles are general information, not professional advice. Check current government policies, tax rates and manufacturer terms before relying on them.

Enquiries and bookings

Sending a test-drive request or a WhatsApp message is an enquiry, not a purchase. A vehicle order becomes binding only when you sign a vehicle sales order or booking form with us and pay the booking fee stated in it. That document, together with the distributor's warranty terms, governs the sale.

Test drives

• Test drives are free, subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by our team.
• Drivers must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid Malaysian driving licence, or a valid international driving permit together with their home licence, and present it before the drive.
• Test drives take place on public roads with a member of our team in the car, on a route we set. Traffic offences committed during the drive are the driver's responsibility.
• We may refuse or end a test drive if the driver appears unfit to drive or does not follow instructions.

Trade-in and finance

Trade-in values quoted in conversation are indicative until the vehicle has been inspected. Loan approval, interest rate and tenure are decided by the financing bank, not by us. Insurance is arranged with the insurer of your choice or one we introduce, and the insurer's terms apply.

The OMODA and JAECOO names, logos and vehicle images are trademarks and copyright of Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. and its affiliates, used here to identify the products we are authorized to sell. Photos of our showroom and deliveries, and the articles written for this site, belong to Apple Autotech Sdn. Bhd. You may not copy or reuse content from this website for commercial purposes without written permission.

Links to other services

The site links to WhatsApp, Waze, Google Maps and YouTube and may embed maps or videos from them. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply when you use them.

Liability

We take care to keep the information on this site accurate and the site available, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information on this site, from the site being unavailable, or from third-party services linked from it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of Malaysia.
