2026 年该买纯电、插混还是汽油车？

马来西亚车贷如何运作？2026 年租购贷款详解
马来西亚的车贷是一份租购协议：银行支付车款，您按月还款最长九年，在还清最后一期之前银行是法定车主。银行通常最高贷出上路价格的 90%。以售价 RM138,800 的 Jaecoo J7 2WD 为例，九年期 90% 贷款按 3% 固定利率等值计算，月供约 RM1,469。自 2026 年 6 月 1 日起，新签协议按递减余额计息，比较银行时请索取实际年利率。

2026 年马来西亚新车购买指南
在马来西亚购买新车分六步：选定车型与版本、试驾、获取上路（OTR）报价、申请租购贷款（通常最高为车价的 90%，期限最长九年）、办理保险，最后在 JPJ 注册完成后付清余款并提车。资料齐全的情况下，贷款审批通常需要一到三个工作日，交车时间视库存而定。
